These are NOT in hand. Production must be finished and shipped to me before I can ship to you. I CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMELINES.
If you place multiple orders, I will not combine shipping to reduce risk of errors.
If your package gets lost in the mail, you MUST file a claim with the post office first. 99% of people who file a claim get their package. If the post office does not give you an update after 7 business days of filing a claim, I will re-ship your package ONCE. If you claim it is lost AGAIN, I will NOT reship it and will NOT refund your order.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
International Orders
Please keep in mind that shipping USPS does NOT offer insurance for orders placed outside of the US and has limited tracking options. As such, if you choose to take USPS shipping, we are not responsible for anything that happens in regard to your package getting lost along the way. Also, we are not responsible for any fees that may occur through import fees. While we understand that international shipping is expensive, we cannot combine orders, as that changes the label information. We highly encourage all our international buyers to look into proxy services for shopping in the US, as some will hold and combine orders from us and other US businesses for you, and will overall reduce your shipping fees.
